Senior Vice-President, Development

Niall is an accomplished real estate executive with almost two decades of experience in development, asset management, and investment in various real estate asset classes throughout Europe and North America. Niall is responsible for Cadillac Fairview's office and mixed-use developments, including the residences at Shops at Don Mills, York Centre; the renovations of Toronto Eaton Centre and Royal Trust Tower, Toronto-Dominion Centre; and Calgary City Centre.

Niall is a graduate of the University of Dublin and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
