Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Cathal O’Connor is responsible for directing the company’s overall financial management and oversees planning, reporting, treasury, corporate taxation, credit and collection functions for the organization. Mr. O’Connor is an accomplished senior financial executive who has spent his 25-year career with KPMG LLP. During that time he held progressive positions of the practice but specialized in real estate. Cathal was appointed Partner at KPMG in 1995 and shortly thereafter led their national REIT and Income Trust practice.

Mr. O’Connor holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and is a Chartered Accountant.
